Villa Corisande has been furnished by the owners for your comfort, so you enjoy the time spent inside the villa just as much as the time around the pool.

The living area has sofas and arm chairs and seats seven - so you are not crowded when you flop down to rest! There is satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. A selection of DVDs are available. An extensive library of books, ranging from romances to crime, histories to politics and an eclectic mix of literary fiction awaits you. Browse idly, or read voraciously - its up to you. Feel free to add a gem of your own when you have finished!

Playing cards are provided, along with a selection of after-dinner games.

The dining area has a table and dining chairs to seat six, and the main floor opens onto the stunning breakfast terrace with a view to keep you gasping.

There are three well proportioned bedrooms.

In the main house the master bedroom has a king size bed and locally hand-made wooden furniture. Two windows face out onto the unique Kalkan bay, and there is a door leading onto a well proportioned balcony where many like to sit and read in the cool of the evening. The room benefits from efficient air conditioning with remote control.

The second bedroom has twin beds, and locally hand-made wooden furniture. It overlooks the villa's private pool and the sea beyond. The room benefits from efficient air conditioning with remote control. This room too opens onto the balcony facing the bay of Kalkan.

The lower suite has twin beds, its own seating area and an en-suite wet room. It benefits from efficient air conditioning with remote control. This room has access independent from the main house making it ideal for guests who want some space away from the main party (perhaps older children, or grandparents). This also makes Villa Corisande an ideal villa for renting by a group of friends who want the option of a little privacy.

Villa Corisande offers three bathrooms, one on each level. Each is fully tiled in the local manner, and the main bathroom has a corner bath, the others showers. The lower suite has a wet room. The villa has its own private water tank (3000 litres) which kicks in to provide water if the municipal supply cuts out - without you ever knowing. Hot water is provided by a newly installed solar water heating system - so the water is plentiful and piping hot!

Villa Corisande has an open plan main floor which includes a modern kitchen which will more than meet your holiday needs. Remember that Kalkan has a local weekly market offering the freshest of ingredients; there is a fish market open daily, supermarkets and butcher.

The owners have provided generous amounts of crockery and cutlery, glassware and equipment (including microwave; blender; dishwahser and large fridge-freezer) so when you want to entertain in Villa Corisande you can do so with ease. Smaller items of equipment which are so easily overlooked until you need them are also available including an excellent garlic press, a mandolin for chopping the local herbs and a corkscrew! The stove has a gas and electric hob; the oven is gas. Of course you may well want to barbeque - and there are two places to choose. There is a built in barbeque on the breakfast terrace and another on the roof terrace.
